Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
Deep tissue massage works by breaking down adhesions and taught muscles to relieve pain and restore normal movement. To do this, the massage therapist often uses direct deep pressure with multiple directions to help release the muscles.
Swedish Massage is a massage technique that includes effleurage, pétrissage, friction, vibration, and tapotement. Swedish massage is intended to improve circulation and tissue elasticity while reducing muscle tone and creating a parasympathetic response.
When receiving a Swedish massge you feel very relaxed and calmed not only mentally but also physically.
Swedish massage uses touch to soothe and relax the body. Since 75% of disease is thought to be caused by stress, massage which reduces stress will help improve the health of the overall body .
Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which corresponds to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body.
Manipulating specific reflexes removes stress, activating a parasympathetic response in the body to enable the disharmonies to be released by a physiological change in the body. With stress removed and circulation improved, the body is allowed to return to a state of homeostasis.

Trigger Point Therapy
A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. it can feel like a deep knot or nodule in the muscle.
Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage for trigger point therapy, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort. The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain. You can experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment. Receiving massage with trigger point therapy on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
Cranial sacral therapy seeks to restore the natural position of the bones and can decrease stress from chronic injuries as well as provide relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, temporomandibular joint disorder (the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw to the skull) and more.
If you have been diagnosed with TMJ (Tempromandibular Joint Dysfunction) or have pain in the jaw, by the ears, forehead, back of the head, neck and/or shoulders, a therapeutic TMJ massage may be right for you.
Treatment consists of massage to the neck, shoulder, facial, and muscles of the mouth. THIS focused treatment is on your chewing muscles, eliminating any trigger points, and pain referral areas by releasing tension in the fascia around the jaw, neck, head and face. This treatment also includes intraoral massage to the masseter muscles to reduce the stress it can put on the jaw and temporomandibular joints. Pain is frequently aggravated by clenching and/or grinding of the teeth, causing damage to the joints due to disease, arthritis or trauma to the face.
Komyo ReikiDo formally know as komyo reiki Kai is a doorway to spiritual awakening and path of Satori or enlightenment!
In Japanese, DO 道 (pronounced: dough), means ‘a way, or a path’, especially in context with a spiritual training or practice.
Komyo ReikiDo emphasizes the spiritual aspect (practice) of Reiki Ryoho, clarifying that it is more than a hands-on healing art. Komyo ReikiDo is a practice meant first and foremost to be a spiritual path for personal enrichment and enlightenment, with the enhanced hands-on healing ability as an outgrowth of that inner working. Reiki healing treatments are offered in a safe, compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental environment. Clients are encouraged to view their Reiki treatment as part of their overall wellness journey, one that they enter into freely and take responsibility for self-care and inquiry into the resolution of their issues.
During a Reiki session, the client remains fully clothed while either laying on a massage table or seated in a chair. Other adjustments can be made to accommodate health issues or disabilities.
A series of hand positions, applied gently on or just above areas of the body, are used to sense areas of energetic imbalance and help stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanisms. A quiet, deeply relaxed state is encouraged for restorative healing. Reiki treatment is effective for addressing the following issues or conditions:
